We are certainly thrashing out the new stuff.  Keep practicing every one be nice to get it all on this years concert list...The last few weeks we have seen a few new faces..welcome to the band!  Sal hads gave out letters about this years Blackpool trip.  Last year the people who went  had a great time so if you didnt come along please do think about it this year.

Our thoughts go out to Sheila whose husband Cyril, a familiar face at concerts and rehersals,  passed away over the New year.

Tonight we played some new pieces and continued to battle away at Fiesta! 

 

We were all saddened to hear that one of our band members had passed away a week ago.  Eugene was a saxophone player who had played with the band for many years, our thoughts go out to his family.

We practiced tonight for the Christmas Concert on Saturday night.   Formal uniform to be worn (Black dresses or outfits for ladies and black trousers, black jackets and which shirts and dickie bows for men).
